How to Apply

Step 1 – Cleanse

Wash the area with warm water and a mild cleanser, then dry thoroughly before application. Applying the balm to clean, dry skin helps create the best environment for everyday skin care.

Step 2 – Apply

Using clean fingertips, apply a small amount of Loins & Groins™ to the desired area and gently massage into the skin using circular motions.

Step 3 – Absorb

Allow the balm to absorb fully before dressing. The lightweight, fast-absorbing formula is designed to leave the skin feeling comfortable without a greasy or sticky residue.

Step 4 – Repeat

Use 1–3 times daily, or whenever needed. Many customers choose to apply before exercise, walking, cycling, work or other activities that generate heat, moisture or friction.

Helpful Tip

For best results, apply after showering and before activities where chafing, sweating or skin friction are more likely. Regular use helps keep the skin feeling comfortable throughout the day.
