Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Pepper Black, we strive to provide our customers with flexibility and convenience in their purchasing decisions. Below are the details of our cancellation policy for various purchase options available on our website.

Cancellations Before Shipment

  • Standard Orders: Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase without any penalty. If you wish to cancel an order after this period but before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, if the order has already been processed, cancellation will not be possible.
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time frame, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the preparation of your custom order would have already begun.

Subscription Cancellations

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. However, cancellations must be made 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
  • Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, cancellations can be made anytime during the year, but refunds will only be issued for the remaining full months of the subscription. Please note, an administration fee equivalent to 10% of the unused portion of the subscription may be applied.

Digital Products

  • Pre-orders and Digital Downloads: All sales of digital products are final. We do not accept cancellations once the download link has been provided. Please consider your purchase carefully.
