How to Apply

Step 1 – Cleanse

Wash your feet with warm water and dry them thoroughly, paying particular attention to the heels, soles and between the toes. Applying the balm to clean, dry skin helps maximise absorption.

Step 2 – Apply

Massage a generous amount of Foot Balm into dry, rough or cracked areas using slow, circular motions. Pay extra attention to the heels, balls of the feet and any areas that feel particularly dry.

Step 3 – Absorb

Allow the balm a few moments to absorb fully before putting on socks or footwear. The rich botanical formula is designed to deeply moisturise while leaving the skin feeling soft, nourished and comfortable.

Step 4 – Repeat

Apply once or twice daily, or as often as needed. For very dry or cracked heels, consistent daily use is recommended to help maintain soft, healthy-looking skin.

Helpful Tip

For an intensive overnight treatment, apply a generous layer before bed and wear a pair of clean cotton socks overnight. This allows the balm to remain in contact with the skin for longer, helping to maximise hydration while you sleep.
